- Draw up steer the financial policy based on guidelines given by Top Management,
- Responsible for the financial management and determine the financial impact of strategic decisions in order to ensure their profitability,
- Etablish the data representing the activity' progress: P&L, Balance Sheet, management sharts ...
- Contribute to the elaboration and execution of the strategic plan, budget, monthly operational forecasts, financial reports and tax returns ...,
- Maximize the cash flow performance by tracking credits, receipts, disbusements, payments ...,
- Manage the financial and accounting teams (7/8 p. staff members),

Profil attendu

- Master degree in finance / accounting and Business Administration,
- Five years experience in a similar position in switzerland,
- Excellent knowledge of swiss accounting,
- Fluent in french and english, german is a plus,
- Excellent computer skills: Ms office, abacus, and simphony,
- Rigorous, result and detail oriented,
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills,
- Available as soon as possible.
